Review: Koelf Hydrogel Pearl Shea Butter Sheet Mask

Hi loves! Today's post is on Koelf Hydrogel Pearl Shea Butter Sheet Mask ($5.79, 5 masks in a pack). I got one sheet mask free with purchase from Rose Rose Shop. Its also available on their page and one package contains 5 sheet masks.

The masks comes in a metallic purple packaging and I like the flower design on it. It looks so cute and girly! The sheet mask comes in 2 parts, which makes applying it easier.

The masks contains shea butter, which is extract of Karite fruit in Africa and helps to makes skin healthy and silky. Its perfect for dry skin and the reason I used it was that I was flying to Estonia that day and flying get my skin always dry.

I applied it on cleansed skin and left it for 30 minutes. It can be max on for 40  minutes. I had hard time getting it hold on my skin everywhere, which you can see on the picture down below and my nails wanted to go through the mask. That was the weirdest experience. It hasn't happened before and I do sheet masks all the time. It is mentioned on the Rose Rose Shop page to be gentle when applying it. Its something to keep in mined when I use this type of mask in the future.

After removing the mask my skin was really soft and silky. It was so soft and hydrated that I completely forgot that I haven't done rest of my skincare routine and started applying my makeup right away. Thats another thing that hasn't happened with me before.

Down below you can see the before and after picture.

I'm so happy I got to try this sheet mask. In this range there is 2 other kind of masks, which you check out here. Next time I want to try out the mask with gold and royal jelly.

Review: Smashbox #shapematters Palette

Hi loves! I have tried few items from Smashbox, but its my first palette from them, which contains eye shadows. I have to say I'm loving the formula. I have their #shapematters Palette (€64.50), which contains 3 brow products (wax, and 2 different powders), sculpting, bronzing and 2 highlighting powders, and also 9 eye shadows, from mattes to shimmers. The palette also contains a double ended brush and a mirror, which is large (perfect when traveling with it).

I like how compact everything is. The palette itself is to the thicker side, but it contains so many different products that I'm okay with the bulkiness. I love that the wax is covered, so no powder will get into it. I have used the wax few times and it does set my brows for all day. I haven't been using it that much because I don't own that little brush, which I could apply it with. Also the wax is clear, but I like to use tinted gels, which also make my brows look fuller.

The palette contains 2 powders for the brows Taupe and Soft Brown. Most of the times I use Soft Brown to fill in my brows, but sometimes I do need something bit darker and then I have been mixing together Taupe and Blackout (its a black eyeshadow in the palette).

The palette contains 4 face powders, which I do like. I do own their sculpting palette and I really liked it (review), so I already knew I'll be liking these when I first got it.

The contouring shade is perfect for me. Its cool tone brown and leaves a natural shadow under the cheek bones.

The bronzer has matte finish and is easy to blend out, if needed. I like how natural it looks on skin and instantly warms up the complexion.

I have been using the Highlight powder to set my under eye concealer and also for highlighting, if I go in with a more luminizing blush.

The Glow in the palette is a beautiful shimmery highlighter! Its perfect for the days when I want more glow to my complexion.

The eyeshadows in this palette feels so buttery and soft to the touch. I didn't expect these to be so soft and these are also richly pigmented. Its easy to blend these out and these work well together with other shadows. These didn't crease on me, so the staying on powder is amazing.

The first row of eye shadows are all lighter shades. Vanilla is a matte cream shadow, which is perfect to highlighter brow bone.

Next is Totally Nude, which is the best crease color ever and has a matte finish. I love to use it on days when I use very natural makeup. Well I do use it more smoky looks as well to blend out everything.

The last shadow in this row is Champagne, which is gorgeous shimmery shadow. Its perfect to highlight the inner corner of the eye and it looks also beautiful all over the lid.

The first shadow on the second row is Stripped and its peachy matte shadow. I mostly use it in the crease to warm it up.

Posh is shimmery pink shadow, which looks gorgeous all over the lid and I'm wearing it today.

Platinum is another beautiful shimmery eye shadow. Its a beautiful all over the lid color.

The last row has only deeper matte shadows and the first one is Sumatra, which is dark brow.

Aubergine is a deep matte purple and I like to wear it togehter with Posh.

The last shadow in this palette is Blackout, which is matte black. Its pigmented and I have been using it as an eyeliner. It stayed on me all day and didn't smudge.

I love this palette trough and through! All the products have worked out for me really well. The contouring shade is perfect for my skin tone. I think its good for light to medium skin tone, but if you are darker it wouldn't really work out. That would be the only down side.

I picked up mine from Douglas and I'll link it here.

Review: Lord & Berry 20100 Maxi Matte Crayon Lipstick

Hi loves! I'm so happy to share with you Lord & Berry 20100 Maxi Matte Crayon Lipstick (€20.00), which is so creamy, pigmented and lasts so long!

Its a chubby crayon, which I do need to sharpen. Its not something I like, but in this case I don't mind as much, because I like the product itself so much.

There is only one shade available, which is so richly pigmented and has matte finish. Its surprisingly long lasting and I say it because its so creamy and feels comfortable on lips. My lips didn't got dry and chipped when I wore it. I'll see how my lips will react to this product once the weather cools down more (my lips dry out easily on colder months).

The shade is so beautiful nudy rose, which perfect everyday color, at least for me. Its fuss free shade, which goes with any look I want to wear.

Now the staying on power of it surprised so much. I was thinking it will be long lasting, but I didn't think it would stay one me through out having food and drinks.

I did got in a beauty subscription box and I'm so happy I did. Its the only product I have tried from the brand and I'm so impressed with it. I can't wait to discover more from the brand :)

If you are interested in this gem, you can find it here. Its limited edition, so if you want it pick it up, its so worth it ;)

Unboxing: Style Tone September 2016

Hi loves! Its time to see whats in my Style Tone box, its the September box. I think its the best box I have got so far :D If you are not familiar with it, its a beauty box from Netherlands, which is also available in Belgium. Its 15 EUR and always contains 5 full size products. If you want to check it out, I'll link it here. But now lets take a look whats in the box :D

The first item in the box is Ellis Faas Milky Lips Fluid Lipstick (27 EUR). The shade I got is very wearable darker nude. Its a perfect shade for me and its a brand I have wanted to try the longest time. You can see the swatch of it down below (I did film a video).

Next is Fig & Rouge Pore Refining Anti-Blemish Cream (50 ml, 31.50 EUR). I haven't tried their skincare before, but I do own a serum from them as well, which I did got from Style Tone box as well. I guess I'll try these together. I have had more brake outs lately. I have no idea why though.

I recently reviewed Emite eyelid base, which you can check out here. This month's box I got from them their Nail Lacquer in shade Rasp (12 EUR), which is beautiful pink.

Then I got a single eye shadow from Note, which is their Mono Eyeshadow in shade 10 (9.90 EUR). Its a pigmented matte purple, which looks perfect to do a smoky eye with.

The last item I got from them is their Ace of Face Eyerule 3 Volumizing Curling Mascara (14.90 EUR). It has very interesting brush, which you can check out in the video down below and its a new brand to me, so I'm very excited to try this :)

This is it for this months unboxing :) I do hope you guys liked it!

Review: Jelly Pong Pong Play Paint

Hi loves! I love cream blushes and tints. Today I have for you Jelly Pong Pong Play Paint Velvety Lip/Cheek Cream in Damson ($12.95), which is something I have been wearing on my cheeks lately.

The creamy goodness comes in a squeeze tube, which makes it easy to get the product out. The formula of it is cruelty free, there is no mineral oils, phthalates and sulfates. It contains pumpkin seed oil and rhubarb extract. The pumpkin seed oil helps to rejuvenate damaged skin and the rhubarb extracts helps the skin from moisture loss.

Its a beautiful bright pink shade, but when applied on cheeks/lips its lighter and really wearable shade. Its pigmented, but blends out beautifully. It lasted on me all day without fading.

It feels on lips surprisingly comfortable. Usually when I like a product on cheeks, I don't like to wear it on lips, but with this product its not the case. On lips it doesn't last as long as it does on lips though.

On the picture above you can see how it looks on my cheeks. Its very flattering shade and goes with any makeup look. Its also what I wear on lips and it has completely matte finish.

I got it in one of the Style Tone boxes and I'm really happy I did. I didn't know about the brand before and I'm happy I discovered it. I have reviewed one of their products before, which you can see here.

If you are interested in this Play Paint you can check it out here.

Have you tried it before?

Review: Clinique Beyond Perfecting Foundation + Concealer | Ivory

Hi loves! I have been in a mood lately to trying out new foundations and today I share my thoughts with you on Clinique Beyond Perfecting Foundation + Concealer in shade Ivory (30 ml). I ordered mine from and the shade Ivory I picked is way too dark for me. I have been using lightening drops from Body Shop to make it match for my skin tone. Before we go any further I want to let you know I have oily skin.

The foundation comes in a glass bottle and the applicator it has is a huge doe foot applicator. I don't think there is any other foundation, which comes with this kind of applicator. I have been putting the foundation on my hand and use the lightening drops to get it lighter, so it would match me.

Clinique products are allergy tested and 100% fragrance free. This foundation gives a full coverage and natural matte finish. The formula of it is oil free and feels light wight on skin, which was really surprising to me, because it gives so full coverage.

It has been pleasure to use (even though its way too dark for me). I love the coverage it gives me and also how easily it blends out. I don't get cake face when I have been wearing it and it last on me all day (even when the weather is super hot.

I do get oil when wearing it and it doesn't really surprise me, because I kind of expect it. I really haven't met a foundation, which has kept me matte and oil free all day. I usually need to use oil control paper (I'm using one from Missha at the moment) through out the day, but don't need to do touch ups through out the day.

On the picture below you can see how the foundation looks on me after 8 hours of wear. I haven't done any kind of touchups and there is no filters on the picture. I'm so impressed how well this foundation preforms and I'll keep using it.

I'll try to get a demo video up next week, so you guys can see how it will preforms for yourself :)

Which is your holy grail foundation and your skin type?
I want to try more foundations :D

Review: Emite Make Up Eyelid Primer

Hi loves! I always use an eye shadow primer when I do my makeup and I have using a new primer, which I did get in Style Tone box (its a best beauty box I have tried). Its Emite Make Up Eyelid Primer (8 ml, 29 EUR), which has been surprisingly good!

The primer comes in a little jar and I do need to use a brush to apply it, because I have long nails. I use a flat eye shadow brush for it.

The formula of it is thicker then the Too Faced Shadow Insurance one. Its pigmented and color corrects the lid. Its way more pigmented then the Too Faced one and creates nice even base to apply my shadows.

I have noticed my shadows apply better when I use this primer and it also makes them last longer. It makes a huge difference when I use it. My shadows stay on crease free all day and the colors are more vivid and stay that way till end of the day. Its specially important to apply eye shadow primer, when the weather is hot and I feel all my makeup wants to melt off my face.

I'm loving this primer and would love to try more from the brand in the future. If you are interested I'll link the primer here.

Have you tried the brand?
